InterDev Systems was founded in 1997, playing a key role in one of South Africa’s first large-scale data warehousing projects within the oil and gas industry.

From 2002, we provided a data reconciliation bureau service to the majority of industry participants. At its peak, our client base included leading organisations such as Shell, BP, Engen, Caltex, Total, Sasol, and PetroSA. As the company expanded, we continued consulting on major industry initiatives while diversifying into new sectors and opportunities. These long-standing relationships ultimately enabled the development and launch of two specialised SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms: Oilstar and Cyltracker.
